Terms of Cancellation of CONFIRMED estimate/consultation date and time:If for any reason, customer cancels a confirmed estimate/consultation date and time, a 50% refund will apply. If estimate/consultation is rescheduled, no additional fee is required.
Terms of Cancellation once client’s project/scope of work has begun: TradeMark Construction reserves the right to stop work if payments are not made according to the Agreement Schedule or according to any Change Orders. In the event this occurs, TradeMark shall be entitled to compensation for per hour labor and material costs associated with the project.
In the event that the Owner shall cancel the Contract more than fiver (5) days after the date of execution of this Agreement but before the work has begun, then the Owner shall pay unto the Contractor the sum of twenty percent (20%) of the Contract Price as liquidated damages, plus full reimbursement to the Contractor of any and all monies expended by the Contractor for labor, equipment, materials purchased and expenses incurred for the Project for which the Contractor is unable to return for a full refund.
In the event that the Owner shall cancel the Contract within the first seven or after (7) days of work has begun on the Project, then the Owner shall pay unto the Contractor the sum of one Âthird (1/3) of the Contract Price as liquidated damages, plus full reimbursement to the Contractor of any and all monies expended by the Contractor for labor, equipment, materials purchased and expenses incurred for the Project for which the Contractor is unable to return for a full refund.
