At Trademark, we offer remodeling services and products (construction materials) necessary for residential projects, which are available in our one-stop shop.

We understand the importance of using durable and high-quality products for every of our client’s projects- we offer construction materials with unmatched quality at competitive and market fair prices. With this in mind, We are currently seeking the services of a goal-driven salesperson/designer, capable of selling many of our products AND SERVICES and improving our sales record consistently over time.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Excellent communication skills
Must have sales and some marketing experience
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and accountable
Savvy in customer relations
Must be capable of identifying potential clients and closing more deals

On the job, you will be required to:

Sell our services such as kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, basement finishes, decks, additions, etc . Products, some of which include flooring materials, cabinetry, and fixtures. Tiling, vanities, plumbing fixtures, Countertops, and much more!
Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
Identify potential customers, follow up and convert them into long-term clients
Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process and estimating by using our system.
Maintain records related to sales.
You will require traveling to the houses for meetings, businesses sometimes, scheduled showroom meetings. Keep in touch with clients

Benefits:

Straight uncap commission on every sale
The commission will be from the gross total ticket before sales taxes.
Trademark will provide training and support but salespeople need to spend time to learn the product, software’s and our process.
The commission will pay out per invoice paid by client.
If you reach 1 Million worth of gross sales within a 12 months period selling at a profitable price you will receive a generous straight $$$ check as a bonus, Year after year!
