For this 1900 sq ft kitchen remodeling
Parkville MD, our clients wanted plenty of storage and counter space, efficient flow for meal prep, and, with a baby on the way, more space to gather with family.
Full demolition included the kitchen/dining room wall, followed by installation of gray porcelain tile, elegant white cabinets, custom crown molding, quartz countertops, farm sink, and a subway ceramic tile backsplash. The addition of an island, a peninsula with seating, pantries surrounding the new refrigerator, all new appliances, recessed lighting, pendant lights, and under cabinet lights, magically transformed these two smaller rooms into one super functioning “family room”.
The project completed just in time for the most important addition. A brand new baby
girl.
