This 1989 kitchen renovation in Owings Mills is a case of elegance that meets functionality.
The kitchen was demolished, including a small wall between the kitchen and the family area. New weathered premium vinyl laminate flooring extends the look and feel of the room. Quartz countertops and white plywood shaker cabinets (including self-closing doors and drawers, pull-out trash cans, pull-out shelves, and more) brighten the room while the glass tile combination backsplash adds a touch of spice. The island adds valuable cooking and storage.
Finishing touches include a pull-down faucet and all-new stainless steel appliances, adding color contrast and sparkle. Recessed lighting, pendant lights, under cab lights, and a frosted glass 5-light chandelier create the ambiance our clients had envisioned. The new laminate flooring was carried throughout the first floor. When asked how he felt about the completed project, our client said simply, “We’re living the dream, we’re living the dream!”
