This entire Building was renovated completely  . We demo the entire building and the only thing that was left was the foundation walls. So we extended the second floor to create an open space and we added at the back a storefront that is lending to the deck. All new framing, insulation, and roofing are new. All Mechanical was done with our trade partners. All-new LED lighting, wiring, HVAC ductwork, and Ac along with heating units. The first floor was called to create a tenant fit-out for a convenience store. All new framing, drywall, paint, electrical, HVAC units, carpentry with a nice aluminum storefront was done.
