Five stars aren't enough!  As a vendor, I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Trademark Construction in Maryland, specifically with their owner, Vasilios.  Let me tell you, he's an absolute gem!

Just spoke with Christine who was tremendous in laying out the lay of the land and the end to end process of the business approach. She listened to all my needs and was incredibly thorough in the process. While we did not ultimately go with the company due to extraneous factors, the service was so good that I wanted to encourage other home owners to strongly consider their business. Trademark Construction is the best.  From the design process, to the demo, reconstruction and finishes, their work was excellent.  Nona always took the extra step to make sure that the design was correct and the process went smoothly.  Marvin and Mike were experts at painting, installing, and fixing any problems that came up.  The whole team is friendly and unobtrusive.  And when they finished they really cleaned up the workspace!
I am going to contract with them again to remodel another area of my house.  I am that pleased with their results (and they were the lowest estimate out of 3 companies!). In my opinion,  you can't go wrong with Trademark Construction.

From design to implementation, Trademark demonstrated outstanding service.  They delivered our remodeled bathroom ahead of schedule and with excellent craftsmanship.  It is obvious that this company is well managed with management involved in every step of the process.  Their craftsmen were experienced, worked quietly, efficiently and effectively with a plan each day and cleaning up each day before departing the house.  They were polite and helpful as we asked questions during the implementation.  Our bathroom evolved from a 1941 house design to a modern, elegant and sophisticated bathroom with full functionality. After a great experience with a total bathroom renovation back in 2012, we again had Trademark perform a smaller job this time - remove a 38 year old SubZero built-in and rework the space for a counter-depth refrigerator. As the SubZero was much taller and left a large opening above the new refrigerator, their designer Nona spotted a fix immediately: remove the larger wood panel that matched the cabinets from the SubZero, size and then mount it to create the appearance of a matching cabinet above the new refrigerator. Their carpenters Marvin and Mike did great work with the wood panel and the rest of the "box", creating an attractive install rather than a "workaround". As we're planning a total kitchen renovation later in the year, this was a great solution to let us install a freezer that actually stays cold now until we're ready for the rest of the renovation :-)

TradeMark renovated my kitchen and a bathroom.  From the design stage to completion of the projects, they were easy to work, communicative, and very professional.  My house is over a hundred years old, and I felt they respected its character while delivering the updates it needed. My experience with TradeMark Construction was perfect from start to finish.  My project was on the smaller side, and I had previously been ghosted by the first contractor I reached out to, so when I reached out to TradeMark via their website, I wasn't sure what to expect.  They followed up the next day and their prompt communication was top notch, especially after I had experienced communication problems with the other company.

Once we ironed out the details, they were out to perform the work less than a week later.  When the team arrived, they were friendly and professional, and listened attentively as we discussed the scope of work.  When I inspected the work later, everything was done exactly as we had discussed and they left the work areas spotless.  I really can't say enough nice things about my experience working with the team at TradeMark Construction; they made the whole process very easy and everyone I interacted with was very polite. We were so impressed by our galley kitchen remodel that was done in Dundalk,MD. The whole team took away all of our stress from beginning to end of the renovation. We love everyone's energy! Christine was amazing at coordinating our kitchen remodel. She was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable the whole time. Our kitchen designer Nona, was such a great help. She was so patient and reassuring to us about the design plan. Everyone has great organization and so knowledgeable. We are so glad Spiros, Mike and Marvin answered all of our questions with everything they've worked on. We are very happy with the clean and phenomenal job done with the plumbing and construction! Everything was done right the first time.Highly recommend them for any home remodeling you need done. Forever grateful for them.
