The stage was set with warm wood-look vinyl laminate flooring throughout and rich royal blue custom accent walls. White shaker kitchen cabinets below include both a wine rack and wine cooler. Above, the glass cabinets create nice framing for the large screen TV to be installed over the sink and faucet. Laza quartz countertops, ceramic tile backsplash and recessed lighting keep the kitchen bright and sparkling. Two custom ceiling-to-floor bookcases on either side provide ample room for storage and display and an extra bit of cubby storage space was created under the stairwell.
