If we are both on the same page, we will book an onsite meeting.
You will then meet with one of our experienced estimators and discuss your remodeling plan in-depth, at your home. Through our 20 years of service, we can tell you that no two renovation projects are alike. This is exactly why we tailor a customized design and renovation plan to meet your individual requirements such as design, budget. Remember a design/plan needed to avoid a lot of issues during the estimating process but also during the remodeling which will cause losing time and money. Financing options can also be discussed during this stage and take the necessary measurements. If still a good fit then we are scheduling a showroom meeting. If your project requires an architect and you don’t consult an architect, don’t worry; we have relationships with several best Architects and can refer you to someone who will work for your project.
After our initial consultation at your home, we will schedule a meeting with you in our showroom to review our rough idea proposal. After the proposal has been presented and you can accept it, then we proceed to the design-build agreement, where we formalize the project details, and you will be required to deposit a small fee that addresses the paperwork and your initial design needs. If not design needed then we can move to product selections and final agreement. Please Note A lot of clients are serious about doing their remodel starting directly with the design process which saves time and money to have it done upfront.
Following this, we proceed to the material selection step, wherein you make your choice of materials, whether it’s for your bathroom flooring or kitchen cabinets. Our expert design professionals will then render a plan that meets your requirements. Once we have the master plan in place, we are able to give you an accurate fixed cost and move to the contract.
Following this, the final contract will be drawn out, the construction plan is scheduled and you can watch your dream home renovation materialize into reality.
Finally! We start construction on your dream home or business.
Throughout your project, you will have weekly site meetings with your Site’s former or Project Manager. These meetings are a great way for you to understand and see the changes as they happen and watch as your dream home or business takes shape.
If you want to make any changes or amendments to the plans, please let us know as early as possible, as we will need to update corresponding budgets, costs, and timelines. You will be kept fully informed if there are any unexpected and unforeseen costs during your project.
