Restoring a Stunning Classic Bathroom
If you live in an older house, you know that while your architecture may be beautiful, your home likely needs some work to come up to code. Jeanne’s home, for example, featured a stunning, 100-year-old marble bathroom that needed numerous repairs. We didn’t want her to lose the classic look, but we wanted to make sure she was safe, so we completely demoed the bathroom and made numerous repairs to bring it up to code. Jeanne was kept in the loop the entire time and approved all the remodeling changes. While we modernized the bathroom, we kept the timeless look of the marble, ensuring that the newly renovated space would still fit the style of her classic older home.
In the picture at the top of this page, you can see that we used a beautiful off-white marble with unique patterning and modern stainless steel fixtures that kept the classic look while adding a modern flair. The classic inset added an extra touch of elegance to the smaller tub/shower combination while providing some extra shower storage space.
We chose these simple fixtures and accessories to highlight the timeless style of the bathroom. The light grey walls matched well with the off-white marble of the tub/shower combo, and the beveled mirror and simple lamp sconces gave the bathroom a quiet elegance. Combined with the simple yet stunning sink design and the patterned marble floor, this bathroom was a place that Jeanne could be proud of for years to come.

We were called in to do a complete kitchen remodel for a client. They wanted a melding of modern styling with an older, farm-style feel. For their kitchen, we demoed the entire kitchen and made all structural repairs needed, then got started with the fixtures and unique design elements that would match their style.
Our electrician updated all the wiring in the kitchen and installed recessed LED lights for a soft glow, and our plumber updated all the piping to accommodate the modern fixtures we were putting in.
We installed a percaline, wood-look floor and stunning Brown Fantasy Granite that complemented both the floor and the light green ceramic backsplash.
