A few years ago we used Trademark Construction for our kitchen and bathroom renovation in Columbia MD and we were very happy with their process , design and installation . This year we used them again for our kitchen renovation for the new home we purchase  the beginning of the year. This time Vasilios came up with a better design for our kitchen from the first time since we had a lot more space . We ended up going with custom cabinets ( Vasilios recommendations )  with lot's of accessories. We had the installation of the new kitchen from the same crew that did our installed 4-5 years ago. We were very happy with Trademark construction before but also this time that they did the renovations for us . We saved money and time with their process , they do have electricians  and plumbers, they pulling the permits and do all the inspections but also showroom is great for selections and designing. We are so glad we decided to work with Trademark Construction for our primary bathroom remodel!  They were truly a dream to work with from start to finish.  The communication, professionalism, organization, efficiency, and transparency were top-notch.  We were initially a bit intimidated by the project but Nona made everything so easy and straight-forward and her design decisions were spot-on.  Marvin and Mike were wonderful to work with as well and their workmanship is absolutely stunning. Just spoke with Christine who was tremendous in laying out the lay of the land and the end to end process of the business approach. She listened to all my needs and was incredibly thorough in the process. While we did not ultimately go with the company due to extraneous factors, the service was so good that I wanted to encourage other home owners to strongly consider their business. Trademark Construction is the best.  From the design process, to the demo, reconstruction and finishes, their work was excellent.  Nona always took the extra step to make sure that the design was correct and the process went smoothly.  Marvin and Mike were experts at painting, installing, and fixing any problems that came up.  The whole team is friendly and unobtrusive.  And when they finished they really cleaned up the workspace!

From design to implementation, Trademark demonstrated outstanding service.  They delivered our remodeled bathroom ahead of schedule and with excellent craftsmanship.  It is obvious that this company is well managed with management involved in every step of the process.  Their craftsmen were experienced, worked quietly, efficiently and effectively with a plan each day and cleaning up each day before departing the house.  They were polite and helpful as we asked questions during the implementation.  Our bathroom evolved from a 1941 house design to a modern, elegant and sophisticated bathroom with full functionality. After a great experience with a total bathroom renovation back in 2012, we again had Trademark perform a smaller job this time - remove a 38 year old SubZero built-in and rework the space for a counter-depth refrigerator. As the SubZero was much taller and left a large opening above the new refrigerator, their designer Nona spotted a fix immediately: remove the larger wood panel that matched the cabinets from the SubZero, size and then mount it to create the appearance of a matching cabinet above the new refrigerator. Their carpenters Marvin and Mike did great work with the wood panel and the rest of the "box", creating an attractive install rather than a "workaround". As we're planning a total kitchen renovation later in the year, this was a great solution to let us install a freezer that actually stays cold now until we're ready for the rest of the renovation :-)
